Description:This is an advanced exercise. It will test your ability to absorb power and forces, and to explode them. Stand straight holding dumbbells in your hands. Put one foot with the flat part on the bench. Squat down inhailing. Then breath out and get your knee up while standing up. Get to the starting position and repeat the exercise as many times as you need.
